York Region Rainbow Umbrella is a post-graduate group for LGBTTIQQ2SAP+ people and their allies based in Richmond Hill. However, you DO NOT have to be a post-graduate to attend these meetings as the meetings are open to everyone who would like to attend. Our goal is to ensure that the people of our community whether LGBTTIQQ2SAP+ or an ally, are well educated and to provide a safe place for all.
YRRU runs bi-weekly meetings on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. We also plan social outings, fundraising open mics, and other events for the community.
