For York Region residents who are experiencing a mental health crisis, and their family or friends, York Support Services Network offers the Community Crisis Response Service, or 905-310-COPE.

By calling 905-310-COPE(2673), individuals are connected with a crisis response professional, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. The crisis worker will provide an immediate response in a variety of critical situations, including: depression, intensive feelings of distress, loneliness, anxiety or fear, thoughts of suicide, feelings of rage, hopelessness or despair.

The Community Crisis Response Service, through community partnerships, supports children and adolescents in York Region who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
