E.T.A. Vaughan is an emergency shelter in the City of Vaughan for women and their children escaping abusive situations across all communities in the Greater Toronto Area. The shelter is open and welcomes to all religious and cultural groups, providing vegetarian, halal and kosher foods when necessary.
ETA Vaughan clients are provided with a warm and loving home environment as well as counselling, programs, and activities for themselves and their children if desired.
ETA also has a Women's Outreach Centre that provides counselling, referrals, workshops and programs to women and children in the community who may or may not be experiencing abuse.
